Sapphire Foods India posts Q4 net loss of Rs 16.86 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 16.86 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 3.66 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.56 per cent at Rs 668.49 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 604.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.45 per cent to Rs 563.67 crore from Rs 515.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 64.25 per cent at Rs 4.54 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 12.70 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.93 per cent to Rs 104.83 crore as against Rs 89.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.73 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 4.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 28.97 crore, while Taxation increased by 386.11 per cent at Rs -5.25 crore (Mar'25 Rs -1.08 crore).
