Omax Auto Q4 net profit zooms 3438.78% at Rs 17.34 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3438.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.72 per cent at Rs 174.41 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 114.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.56 per cent to Rs 152.67 crore from Rs 103.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 31.55 per cent at Rs 7.63 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 5.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 102.42 per cent to Rs 21.74 crore as against Rs 10.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.55 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 22.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.51 per cent at Rs 3.87 crore (Mar'25 Rs 5.49 crore).
