Board has at its meeting held today, i.e., Tuesday, May 05, 2026, inter alia, considered and passed the following resolutions:\r\na. Approved the closure of the issue period i.e. May 05, 2026 \r\nb. Determined and approved the allocation of 26,30,520 Equity Shares to the eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers for the issue price of Rs. 759.72 per Equity Share\r\nc. Approved and adopted the Placement Document dated May 05, 2026.\r\nd. Approved and finalized the confirmation of allocation note to be sent to the eligible qualified institutional buyers, intimating them of allocation of Equity Shares pursuant to the Issue.
