Sensex, Nifty in red; ICICI Bank, Tata Steel top losers

Indian stock markets opened lower on Friday, weighed down by subdued global cues.



At 9:29 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 85568.51 down by -64.17 points or by -0.07 % and then NSE Nifty was at 26109.55 down by -82.6 points or by -0.32 %.

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 3765.85,+1.34%), IndusInd Bank Ltd. (Rs. 835.20,+0.69%), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (Rs. 3166.00,+0.64%), Reliance Industries Ltd. (Rs. 1555.20,+0.39%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (Rs. 4052.90,+0.38%), among others.



The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were ICICI Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1373.00,-0.72%), Tata Steel Ltd. (Rs. 171.30,-0.67%), Bajaj Finance Ltd. (Rs. 1022.40,-0.59%), Eternal Ltd. (Rs. 305.25,-0.57%), Axis Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1278.00,-0.56%), among others.
