Mid-Session: Sensex off day's low; Nifty holds 26,150

Indian benchmark indices continued to hover in red during the noon trading session weighed down by selling in index heavyweights including LT, HUL, State Bank of India among others,



At 12:45 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 85,569.90 down by 64.74 points or by 0.08 % and then NSE Nifty was at 26,173.60 down by 17.35 points or by 0.07 %.



Tata Steel, Eternal, ICICI Bank, Tech M, Adani Ports, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance, BEL, HCL Tech, and Axis Bank were the top losers, falling up to 1.3 per cent.

On the contrary, M&M, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors PV, Titan, Kotak Bank, Bharti Airtel, and Ultratech Cement were the only gainers on the Sensex.
