Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty touched fresh all-time highs in intraday trade on Thursday before trimming gains to end slightly higher, supported by positive global cues, expectations of a US Fed rate cut, and continued foreign fund inflows.
The 30-share benchmark index ended at 85720.38 up by 110.87 points or by 0.13 % and then NSE Nifty was at 26215.55 up by 10.25 points or by 0.04 %.
