The benchmark indices were trading with meagre gains in Friday’s noon deals. BSE Midcap and smallcap indices are trading flat. On the sectoral front, media, auto, metal up 0.5-1%, while power, oil & gas, telecom down 0.3% each.
Meanwhile, Asian stocks turned in a mixed performance on Friday as China industrial profits data disappointed and China Vanke proposed to delay repayment of an onshore bond, rekindling worries about China's property market.
Among key stocks, Shares of Rico Auto Industries hit a 52-week high of ₹120.40, surging 13 per cent on the BSE in Friday’s intra-day trade amid heavy volumes.
Among others, Tanfac Industries shares zoomed up to 7.23 per cent to hit an intraday high of ₹4,184.10 per share.
At 14:22 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 85713.76 down by -6.62 points or by -0.01 % and then NSE Nifty was at 26205.25 down by -10.3 points or by -0.04 %.
The BSE Sensex touched intraday high of 85969.89 and intraday low of 85577.82 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 26280.75 and intraday low of 26172.40.
