Indian equity benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty, opened on a flattish note on Thursday amid muted global cues.

Domestically, investor focus remains on the Economic Survey 2025–26, slated to be tabled in Parliament today by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
