Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty were trading higher on Friday after facing massive drubbing in the previous session, driven by mild cooling in crude oil prices.
At 10:50 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 75188.21 up by 980.97 points or by 1.32 % and then NSE Nifty was at 23286.55 up by 284.4 points or by 1.24 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 75213.28 and intraday low of 74535.26 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 23319.7 and intraday low of 23109.9
The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Tata Steel Ltd. (Rs. 198.55,+4.20%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 1390.00,+3.75%), Reliance Industries Ltd. (Rs. 1428.60,+3.12%), Eternal Ltd. (Rs. 236.00,+3.10%), HCL Technologies Ltd. (Rs. 1351.55,+3.07%), among others.
